What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Technology Business Development.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customers service skills
• Good understanding of Project Management and Vendor Management.
• Experience with system planning, system security principles and software management best practices.
• Great networking skills

Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Draft, vet and scrutinize contract agreements.
• Handle contractual disputes and write dispute letters.
• Review tender conditions of contracts.
• Handle insurance claims and quotations.
• Prepare tender documents.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry or related field is required for this position.
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

• Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography.
