● Issuing and recording of tax invoices

● Ensure timely, accurate month-end and financial reporting

● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and perform credit control

● Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

● Compute taxes and prepare annual tax returns and GST filing

Requirements:

● At least 1 – 2 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding industry

● Minimum 1 year of working experience as accounts executive

● Experience in using cargo wise system

● Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and/or Xero Accounting

● Demonstrate intermediate skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

● Time management and organizational skills

● Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

Job Description:

The Junior Executive Assistant (“EA”) will provide high-level support in the key management. The Junior EA reports directly to the Senior Project Manager (“SPM”) and provides executive support, organises and coordinates executive outreach.

• Handle all project and task assigned – update progress and completion;
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners and internal team;
• Assist SPM in monitoring and evaluating various business departments and follow up with their operational performances and outcomes;
• Attend meeting alongside with SPM, take detailed minutes and follow up on action tasks and deliverables;
• Draft and prepare correspondences for internal announcements/notices;
• Assist in planning events and visits;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by SPM.

Reporting to the Senior Catering Sales Manager and responsible for supporting the Catering Sales team.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Answer phone calls, direct to appropriate person and / or take detailed messages.
2. Promptly respond to all banquet inquiries. To send standard banquet event proposals with F&B menus, drinks list and Banquet T&C. Thereafter, if the event materialised, to process the Venue Booking Confirmation Form and send to member as an acknowledgment and acceptance of the event booking.
3. Distribute Banquet Event Order (BEO) to all department concerned.
4. Prepare signage, menu, food tags for all banquet events function.
5. To follow-up on status of the proposals sent out, before for cut-off dates, if given.
6. Ensure orders and requisitions for the Banquet department are completed, provide administrative support like raising PO/ payment/ petty cash form, filing etc
7. Update and ensure accuracy of banquet sales report on daily basis after each event completed.
8. Update proper Banquet calendar booking via outlook. To keep proper written documentation with Restaurant Managers when respective venues are booked and to ensure NO double booking is made.
9. Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the Banquet Department.
10. Assist in any other duties pertaining to F&B Admin support as assigned.
