Key Responsibilities:

• Support Site Operations Management: Work closely with Operations Managers to lead and organize site operations effectively. Assist in ensuring that all activities align with contract standards and requirements.
• Scheduling and Workforce Planning: Learn about manpower deployment and scheduling strategies. Assist in developing work plans to ensure the effective and timely delivery of cleaning services.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Attend client meetings and respond to customer feedback promptly, ensuring efficient and satisfactory resolutions.
• Safety and Compliance: Gain knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices. Help implement safety measures and compliance standards on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
