Job Description
Customer Service
· Assist external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the counter
· Provide simple course advising
· Act as the gatekeeper for entry to the Customer & Visitor Centre
· Assist with general enquiries as roving staff
· Guide applicants through full-time or part-time enrolment at the call centre or using self-help PCs/laptops at the counter
· Handle certificate collection at the counter
Information Management
· Access and input data into the CRM system, in-house student records system, and queue management system
Administrative Duties
· Support daily operations at the Customer & Visitor Centre
· Assist with document filing
· Maintain, update, and organise departmental forms and records
· Assist with data entry tasks
· Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
