Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and providing administrative support for all meetings and events
• Preparation of meeting materials, coordination for circulations and recording into statutory records
• Minutes taking and minutes writing (preferred but not compulsory)
• Assist in preparing and circulating Directors’ Resolutions in Writing and related documents for signature and approval
• Filing of Notices with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Charities
  Portal, etc.
• Managing and submission of claims, vendor invoice processing, including any procurement
  process involved
• Assist in Corppass administration and maintenance and all related functions
• Assist in any other logistics and administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Preferably possess a SAICSA Executive Diploma in Corporate Administration (EDCA) or a Degree equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a public company or service provider for Corporate Secretariat services
• Ability to carry out basic corporate secretarial tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must be a team player, meticulous and have a keen eye for detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word Documents.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Good people, analytical and organisational skills

As an Account Executive, you'll join our growing APJ sales team to continue accelerating growth. You'll drive new business sales and collaborate with our global teams including our Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers. As Indoor Sales Executive (CCTV), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CCTV products and solutions to customers, both through direct interaction and by managing inbound inquiries

Job Descriptions:

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
• Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities

Job Requirements:
