The Sales Executive/Product Specialist is primarily responsible for securing product sales in Singapore, servicing and engaging the customers. The job holder also provides in-service training to users of products purchased by the customers and attend to clinical cases in the operating theatres.

Business Development and Sales

• Continually service and engage existing customers to (i) support them, (ii) understand their evolving needs, (iii) secure additional sales and (iv) develop them as advocates for the Company or products.

Services and Support to Customers

• Provide post-sales support and services to customers including getting their surgical and nursing personnel to be trained on the features and usage of the equipment.
• Train the users of the product personally when necessary
• Attend to cases in the operating theatre personally for new clients

• Obtain as much information about a guest’s stay to be entered in the guest history.
• Welcome visitors to the hotel, assist with general information, internal promotions and directions.
• Handle guest complaints and requests in a polite and efficient manner, give further instructions to the relevant staff if needed to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a record of all complaints and requests, follow up and inform concerned operating departments.
• Perform special projects and related duties as assigned.
• Walk throughout the hotel recognizing guests and engage with them appropriately.
• Attend & participate in daily briefings as scheduled.
• Report potential and existing hazards and rectified immediately.
• Provide information to all guests regarding the services and possible internal promotions of the hotel.
• Senior Management on any unusual circumstances that might affect guest service and expectation.
• Take decisions on upgrades / comps / rebates etc. as per stipulated hotel policies and procedures.
• Participate in training programmes.

Job Description:

• Planning doctors' roster and coordinating doctor's leave to ensure adequate medical manpower at all times
• Identify training needs and sraw up individual learning plans for the staff
• Assist in drawing up department workplans and budgeting exercises

• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in operations and administrative work

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Admin Executive to join our team on a contract basis. Based in the Boon Lay West Region, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and operational support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Development (BD) and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare BD Monthly reports for submission to higher managements.
• Analyze sales and competitors’ data and prepare presentations for management.
• Work closely with Finance, PM and Ops teams to deliver assigned tasks.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and activities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or with 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
