· To assist the Project Manager in implementing the project

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to independently manage all aspects of the company's accounting operations. As the sole accounting professional in the organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously and provide leadership in all accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Accounting: Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month-end close processes.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for project management of mixed-signal IP modules for our internal customers
• Manage a diverse project team and take ownership to provide mixed-signal IP modules in time, at cost, with defined functionality and in committed quality
• Align requirements and project targets (functionality, quality, schedule, budget, others) with customer stakeholder
• Be in charge of project planning (resources, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking (schedule, cost) and reporting
• Handle escalation management and customer stakeholder management
• Take care of close cooperation and interaction with all parties

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• More than 6 years of work experience and at least more than 4 yearsof experience in project-management within the semiconductor industry
• Demonstrated hands-on project management experience developing mixed-signal IP’s
• Certification in project management (IPMA C or equivalent)
• Acquaintance with automotive standards (ISO26262) and requirements-driven development flows
• Know-how and interest in Project Methodology Development and strong technical background in electronics

Job Description:
1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
2. Store and distribute ingredients properly.
3. Handle tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking food.
4. Ensure food preparation adheres to company SOP and recipes.
5. Stay updated on current promotions and new menu items.
6. Follow safety standards and SOP for supplies, equipment, and work areas.
7. Minimize food wastage by using correct product measurements.
8. Gain and share knowledge on standard food preparation through training, including training Junior Kitchen Assistants.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef or Restaurant Managers.

Job Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in the F&B (Kitchen) industry; experience in Japanese restaurants is a plus.
2. Basic Food Hygiene Certification is required.
