We are looking for a Manager with in-depth expertise and extensive sales experience in the Material industry to lead the business development of our Materials Business Division.

This position is responsible for leading the overall business development of the Materials Division based on his/her in-depth practical knowledge of mireral sand, semiconductors, mined materials, and biomass fuels, and will be responsible for generating new sales and establishing a stable base of business transaction, including but not limited to the followings;

Procurement and sales of new materials (ceramic moldeded products and plastic film products)

Lead the sales of various new materials (ceramic molded products and plastic film products) mainly from Japanese suppliers to electronic component manufacturers in Malaysia and Singapore.

Conduct close daily communication and advanced negotiation with Japanese suppliers and HQ to coordinate delivery, inventory and negotiation of business conditions to ensure stable supply of high quality products on schedule.

Procurement and sales of mineral products

As part of the integrated global network, the Transfer Pricing Practice in Singapore provides transfer pricing planning, documentation, audit defense, dispute resolution and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) solutions to large multinational clients.

The role involves:

• Partnering our clients to understand their financial circumstances and organisational objectives and develop effective business solutions tailored to their transfer pricing needs
• Managing the delivery of transfer pricing engagements and identifying opportunities for transfer pricing and other services
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to build up our transfer pricing capabilities.
• Working closely with Partners to identify business development opportunities

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Possess a university degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law; with at least 5 years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 audit firm, or a tax authority.
• Possessing an accreditation by SIATP will be an added advantage.
• Have a thorough understanding of the OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international transfer pricing environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing guidelines will be an advantage.
• Have excellent research and report writing skills and analytical mindset.
• Be committed to technical excellence and has an outward-looking, people-oriented personality with great English communication skills.
• Have strong leadership qualities and organisational skills.
• Be strongly driven and committed to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients from a wide spectrum of industries.
