As the Cluster Assistant Marketing Communications Manager for F&B, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies that elevate the hotels’ diverse dining concepts. You will work closely with the Cluster Marketing Communications team to drive consumer engagement, enhance brand awareness, and position our F&B brands as top choices in the dining scene. Your role encompasses F&B calendaring and programming, digital marketing, performance monitoring, social media management, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure our F&B offerings are at the forefront of the market.
What will I be doing?
As the Cluster Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, F&B, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Marketing Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in creating and executing marketing calendars and campaigns that showcase the unique offerings of our dining concepts. Collaborate with the Cluster Marketing Communications and F&B teams to develop engaging campaign concepts, design marketing materials, and execute campaigns across various channels, both digital and offline.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of F&B marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools. Generate reports and provide insights to refine strategies, ensuring the continued success of our F&B outlets in meeting business goals.
- Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy for all F&B outlets, managing content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement. Ensure our social media presence is dynamic and engaging, driving brand awareness and consumer engagement while staying aligned with the latest trends and best practices.
- Content Optimization & Third-Party Channels: Oversee the development and optimization of content for our F&B outlets on owned and third-party channels, including the hotel’s website.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of the latest trends in the F&B and hospitality industries, including consumer preferences, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for our dining concepts to stand out, ensuring they remain competitive and appealing to luxury consumers.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels, both online and offline. Maintain brand guidelines, oversee the creative development process, and ensure that all communications reflect the brand identity and values.
- Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget for F&B initiatives, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within budget constraints while maximizing return on investment.
What are we looking for?
A Cluster Marketing Manager serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- 3+ years of successful integrated marketing experience in F&B, hospitality, or travel industries.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Proactive and self-motivated, multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Tech-literate with design abilities and proficiency in relevant software programs.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
