KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Curating and Driving Learning Activities & Engagement for Unilever International Globally

• Designing a world class learning agenda both in leadership and functional learning
• Learning content curation in line with the learning priorities
• Implementing innovative ways of learning while incorporating future fit market desired skills into learning curriculum
• Collaboration with our HR business partners in managing and implementing the learning agenda for Unilever International Globally.
