JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager for our Transit business segment to expand our phenomenal growth in the transit payment and fare collection business in the global market.

As the key point of contact between the Company and our clients, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Account Management & Development

• Be the lead point of contact for matters specific to the assigned sales accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the sales account personnel.
• Negotiate contracts and follow up towards closing of agreements.
• Prioritize and plan the company’s work activities within the customer project scope and timeline.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Constantly explore new business opportunities or offer new business ideas to customers to expand mutual growth.
• Forecast and track customer account metrics (eg. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Ensure timely billings to customers.

Business Development

• Actively engage potential clients to update offerings, understand needs, and acquire market intelligence.
• Win new clients by closely following up on actions to clients’ requests, including quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts, and specifications.
• Prepare and submit for selected public tenders.
• Coordinate with relevant teams within the company – project management, R&D, and operations – to ensure timely and satisfactory responses to customers.
• Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to collect market intelligence and network with relevant industry players.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in ICT system solution or system integration
• Working experience in or account management experience on markets such as the transport authorities, public transport operators, transit system integrators, financial institutions, FinTech (eg. payment gateway provider, payment schemes)
• Regional experience especially in Asia is preferred
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Background or knowledge in software and electronics/electrical engineering will be an added advantage
• Result-driven and strong desire/ initiative to learn and source for information
• Good communication skills - able to present and influence others while having attentive listening skill

Responsibilities:

• Planning digital marketing campaigns, comprising web, email, blog, and all social media platforms.
• Develop and manage content marketing/communication strategies, link building strategies, and social media presences.
• Manage app content creation in collaboration with marketing team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Technical Manager/Technical Lead to oversee the architecture design and development for wireless devices and consumer electronics. This role involves leading the full product software development cycle, including planning, design, coding, test development, design validation, integration, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Development in new Project RFQ activities and assess technical feasibility.
• Lead the technical evaluation, architecture design, and development of complex projects.
• Guide project teams in proposing technical solutions for customers and team members.
• Support new platform development initiatives.
• Review and manage third-party subcontractor deliverables.
• Conduct innovation and new technology research.

Minimum Academic Requirement

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude Requirements

Administrative:

• At least 6 years of prior technical experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Technical:

• Extensive software programming experience, preferably in Android/Linux/RTOS.
• Knowledge of network, AI, audio/visual DSP, MMI, and cloud-based/AWS solutions.
• Experience with various software development life cycles and processes.
• Ability to propose software architecture with a strong foundation in embedded hardware.
