As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Real Estate development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

2. Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner

3. Complete the financial statement and annual audit work

Requirements:

Your Mission

This position is responsible for driving activities related to digital transformation as a member of the Program Management Office at HMGICS. The role involves developing revenue generation and operational models for training, advisory, and solutions focused on digital transformation and new manufacturing technologies. Assist the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), with the goal of becoming the full Chief of Staff within 1-2 years:

• Actively manage the CIO Organization’s activities, time, and priorities to maximize impact and ensure the achievement of HMGICS's core objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and communications on behalf of the CIO.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Experienced with sourcing and material understanding.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Bilingualism will be an advantage as we need to oftenly and effectively communicate with overseas stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach

• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Promoting the organization and products.

• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements.
• Create and update project template files to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and engineers to manage and resolve clashes effectively.
• Supervise and update the current revision status of project documents.
• Compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Detail and document working drawings accurately.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
• Incharge of another one drafter
• Ownself handle one commercial and one condo project.
• Liaise with main contractors requirements and submission.
• Working time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm.
