Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant experience in procurement via bidding and management of warehouse, distribution and quality inspection service providers in e-commerce platform enterprises;

- Have a deep understanding of e-commerce procurement via bidding, have rich domestic and high-quality storage, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables service provider resources, and have excellent negotiation skills;

- Have excellent experience in building procurement via bidding system, as well as a business sense of full compliance process and link control to ensure full link standardization and compliance; - Profound project management experience and problem solving ability, highly sensitive to data, able to quickly respond to various procurement via bidding requirements;

- Have excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong language and writing skills; have certain resource integration ability and business promotion ability;

- Good team cooperation, independent handling of affairs and cross-departmental project cooperation ability.

• Plan and manage the procurement process for all assigned plants of service & new projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam
• Manage the purchasing process, work with multiple vendors in arranging spare parts, equipment, TA dispatch, manpower supply, equipment testing, logistics for our customers
• Provide support for tendering of new projects, participate in tender proposal and quotation
• Negotiating with vendors and subcontractors including factory in Japan for purchases/contractors and lead discussion on the procurement agreement
• Oversee the procurement function in ensuring that all POs/Contracts are signed in compliance to internal policies and issued in a timely manner
• Work closely with Service Team and Sales Team of New Unit in collaboration on specifications and technical requirements of procurement items, schedule, and any other special requirements for accomplishing of the project
• Support service team for proposal and logistics arrangement
• Preparation & issuance of AP Purchase Order to suppliers
• To support Service Team to determining product quantity and timing of deliveries to the customer
• Work closely with Service and Finance Department to monitor the payment status from customer
• Process of Supplier invoice using SAP System and payment release to supplier
• Seeking reliable vendors to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
• Fulfill ISO requirements as below tasks and activities
• Develop & implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures

• Degree/diploma of Engineering / Business Studies or equivalent
• Previous procurement experience in power plants, industrial plants equipment, oil & gas, marine would be preferred
• Experience or background of Engineering or Sales of industrial plants equipment would be ideal
