Responsibilities:

• Handle payment submissions for APAC procurement, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers to strengthen relationships.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing payments.
• Prepare monthly payment reports.
• Foster good communication between requestors, buyers, finance, and suppliers.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in the payment process, proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Provide assistance to senior management as required.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Procurement, Finance, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/supply chain or related areas.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
• Professional proficiency in English, Chinese, and preferably another Southeast Asian language
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
