• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

·Handling daily purchasing and warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met so as to provide customer satisfaction;

· Assist for all purchases to meet the pricing (source and negotiate prices with supplier and delivery requirement;

·Prepare PO & DO and monitor delivery dates

·Update the status of all order in the shared folder, must be up to date at any time

·Assist to support logistics team for 3rd party out sourcing activities

·Assist to Ensure all documents are in proper order and submit promptly for accounting and audit purposes

• To maintain inventory integrity. Make sure system and physical stocks are aligned with at least 99% accuracy for both B2B and B2C
• To ensure stocks are assigned to the corresponding UDM and LOCATION
• To create additional bins and Floor Locations for new and existing accounts for both B2C and B2B accounts/Brands
• To investigate variances/discrepancies and escalate issue to necessary departments
• To conduct schedules cycle counts
• To conduct all the Stock Take requirements for both B2B and B2C
• OPERATION SUPPORT
• To resolve variances in quantities to ensure pick list are generated (Red Items)
• To investigate “reduce orders” and make sure that it is really necessary to reduce
• To resolve article/item issues such as unscannable items/TOR/SOW
• To identify UDM’s to its corresponding TOR/SOW
• To print barcode labels per item if needed
• To handle/resolve issues involving invalid barcodes during receiving
• To help operations with creating GRN and resolve if there are any GRN issue
• To be able to resolve minor scanner issues
• EXPORT
• To create packing list for shipments that needs to be exported

OTHERS

• To think of solutions on how to improve productivity (Floor Plan for easy picking, Work Flow, avoid issues and reduce overtime)
• To maintain tidiness within the warehouse and orderly storage of stock at all time
• To follow strictly the assigned work hours and SOP set out by the designated Manager
• To ensure self-disciplinary conduct in terms of punctuality and adhereing to instructions
