As an Inventory Coordinator you will need to:-

- Receive, inspect and record incoming inventory shipments

Main purpose of the job

The Global Sustainability Lead – Climate Change plays a crucial role in implementing procurement strategies with a strong emphasis on sustainability. Providing leadership to the Procurement Sustainability teams globally, this role promotes best practices across all regions and drives Sustainiability initiatives in dedicated areas. A key responsibility is the execution of sustainable category strategies. This role also focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships and managing supplier partnerships, with a specific focus on sustainability. Important too is the management and tracking of sustainability-specific plans and budgets. Our Inventory Coordinator is responsible for handling end-to-end Inventory Management process. Job scope involves managing Incoming and Outgoing shipments, Managing Material Receipts & Issuance and ensuring Inventory accuracy in system at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Handle Incoming and Outgoing shipments.
• Handle Material Receipts & Issuance in accordance to Company Procedure.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities and when stock reaches designated reorder point.

• Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner.

• Inventory and packaging materials replenishment planning. Execute and monitor phase-in & phase-out of old and new packaging materials & external printed labels
• Closely monitor production plan conformance and output. Feedback concerns on production progress and closely work with Supervisor and other stakeholders on their concerns with the plan
• Closely monitor liquid delivery production and shipment plan to ensure order fulfillment
• Constantly monitor inventory and feedback concerns on inventory level and any out-of-stock situations
• Work closely with respective suppliers on the call off plan of packaging materials and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (BC internal & suppliers) on supply issues and complaints on product supplied
