Responsibilities:

• Perform general store operations e.g. receiving, packing and shipment
• Ensure work schedules and documentations are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Optimizing warehouse space and adopt good housekeeping
• Ensure inventory accuracy of stocks at warehouse
• Responsible for ensuring proper receiving and issuance of raw materials/products.
• Check and verify quantity and condition of goods received with delivery orders/invoices
• Ensure the storeroom is tidy, neat and clean at all times
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

Requirements:

• Good team player
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Conversant in simple English
• Forklift license is “A Must”

Invoice Processing

•  Check, sort and process invoices and verify them against SAP system.
•  Alert Procurement Team if mistakes are spotted.
•  Liaise with vendors and users for invoices, credit note, installation dates
•  Obtain approval and signatures from users/managers.
•  Print, scan, re-index and save documents into Therefore system 
•  Assist with quarterly common stock take.
•  Assist in other ad-hoc procurement related duties.

Purchase Order Processing

•  Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
•  Follow up on discrepancies with the initiating party/user.
•  Identify suitable vendors for the requested items, including corresponding with them on prices, product
• availability and delivery.
•  Review quotations provided and check offered prices against past purchase records.
•  Update the price lists when necessary.

Requirements

• Min N / O level
• Min 1 to 2 year of experience in order processing / logistics / admin / Supply chain
• Able to start work immediately
