• General warehousing and housekeeping duties
• Responsible to complete the job process from Inbound to Outbound
• Ensure that the administration work that goes along with the processes are conducted in a proper manner
• Ensure proper records and for the stock/cargo kept in the warehouse

Job Description

1) Duty to verify all the relevant document details of receive and release party.

2) Confirm shipment marking before accept and releasing of cargo.

3) Checker should check on cargo condition, cargo measurement and indicate in shipping note.

4) If found any of discrepancy, checker should reporting direct to warehouse officer immediately.

5) TO ENSURE CARGO PROPER STACKING IN WAREHOUSE.

6) TO FOLLOW SUPERVISOR & CHECKER INSTRUCTION.

7) MUST USE DAILY CHECK LIST TO CHECK FORKLIFT CONDITION.

8) DUTY TO DO HOUSEKEEPING DAILY.

9) PROPER HANDLING AND TAKE CARE ALL CARGO.

10) NO TIPPING IN WAREHOUSE.

11) TO ENSURE FORKLIFT PROPER PARK AT DESIGNATION AREA AFTER USED.

12) To responsibility to count goods and match them with shipping document.

13) To tally import/export cargo based on manifest which prepared by warehouse planner.

14) To taking container and cargo (load/unloading) photos for record keeping.

15) To paste shipping label on every single cargo for tracing purposed.

16) Final tally sheet should submit to import/export planner.

17) Container condition should check and record based on 07 points view.

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage potential suppliers, manufacturers, and Principals in Asia and Europe for materials and equipment procurement across international operations.
• Negotiation and Purchasing: Conduct negotiations with suppliers for optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Implement purchasing agreements aligned with strategic goals.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in Asia Pacific. Manage contracts and supplier performance for continuous supply.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee procured item quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. Address quality and compliance issues promptly.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay updated on market trends and sourcing challenges in Asia Pacific. Provide reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to understand material and equipment needs and align procurement strategies with operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain, or possess equivalent qualifications.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing within the Marine or a related industry.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and maintain a meticulous approach to work.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise and schedule daily warehouse and delivery activities for the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and ensure stock accuracy in receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Maintain and ensure safe use of company assets, including vehicles, equipment, tools and machineries
• Conduct regular risk assessment to ensure safety of staff
• Ensure security and cleanliness of working environment
• Manage warehouse space for goods and marketing fixtures
• Maintain records and documentation of warehouse activities
• Implement and follow-up on operational policies and procedures
• Train and manage manpower deployment across different functions, including loading/unloading of containers
• Motivate and evaluate staff for maximum efficiency and minimal overtime.
• Perform random and annual stock checks
• Assist with deliveries and other warehouse functions where required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and inventory controls
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferable to have a Class 3 drivers’ license
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Possess at least an ‘O’ level or Diploma
• Able to work extended hours when necessary
• Physically fit

Working Time

• 5-day work week (Mon to Fri 8:00am - 5:45pm)
• Working location at Kaki Bukit Area area
