The Inventory Executive will collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, as well as efficient transportation and logistics management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Manage inventory tracking and stock consignments with periodic stock reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Receipt of material or accounting for deliveries and stock.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and stock levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Monitoring fuel and diesel consumption
• Assign and coordinate usage of vehicles, lorries, and machineries according to site demand.
• Ensure usage and handover of vehicles and machineries are properly recorded.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment of logistics activities.
• Assisting in Logistics Manager for administration, upkeeping and recording of Machineries and equipment on site.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
• All other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N or O level qualification
• At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in Construction industry
• A valid class 3 driver’s license will be an advantage
• Computer Literacy
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
