• Overall, responsible for purchasing, logistics and production planning.
• Review requested items for requisition to identify the suitability of the material and track overdue material requests.
• Handle Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order and source for product alternatives.
• Responsible in sourcing and negotiation and purchase forecast planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of purchasing and production planning experience in Marine/Shipping industry.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in day-to-day operation including picking and packing, goods receiving, labeling and issuing
• Perform daily warehousing duties
• Upload scanned data into system
• Stock taking and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Premises does not operate any machines

• At least Secondary education
• Candidates with computer knowledge will have an added advantage
• Perform simple excel datas
• Knowing how to use WMS system for location transfer, checking inventory balance will be an added advantage
