What Were Looking For
· Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field.
· A proven track record of over 3+ years of successful recruitment in corporate, healthcare or agency settings.
· In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques and selection methods.
· Extensive professional network and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, partners and professional organizations.
· Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to recruitment, including licensure verification and credentialing.
· Excellent communication, team building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make effective and timely recruitment decisions.
About The Role
· This is a newly created role to support the growth of our company.
· Lead recruitment efforts for designated permanent and contract roles.
· Oversee the recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.
· Develop and execute strategic and tactical recruitment plans, and training and development plans.
· Utilize diverse platforms to attract a broad range of healthcare talents.
· Ensure compliance with regulations and credentialing requirements.
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand.
· Provide support in the onboarding process for healthcare professionals, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
· Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including partnering organizations, to ensure alignment and execution on recruitment and priorities.
