The Opportunity:

Lead regional initiatives to implement field service topics and drive digital service adoption in line with the Global Support Strategy 2030. Act as a product owner for field service processes and tools, manage the APAC affiliate teams’ community of practice, and provide consulting on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. As the Service Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for:

Who you are:
