Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, understand requirements, and provide technical support during the sales process.
• Solution Design: Analyze client requirements, develop and propose tailored technical solutions that align with their business goals, and demonstrate the features and value proposition of our products/services.
• Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, both onsite and remotely, highlighting the technical capabilities and value of the solution.
• Customer Consultations: Engage with clients to gather technical requirements, understand their business processes, and propose the best use of our technologies.
• Proof of Concept (POC): Lead the development and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) scenarios to prove the feasibility of proposed solutions in the client environment.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of proposals and solution documentation, ensuring the proposed architecture meets customer expectations.
• Technical Liaison: Serve as a technical advisor and collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Training and Support: Provide post-sale technical support, training, and guidance to customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
• Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from clients to relay to product development teams to help improve offerings based on real-world use cases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 3 years of experience in solution management or a related role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Activities:

· Leading the monthly group management reporting with variance analysis on key business drivers, and ensuring submissions to Group reporting timelines;

· Spearheading annual budgeting cycle, and driving corporate deliverables for budget submissions from various business units;

· Target-setting and analysis with various business units for Board approvals;

· Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis;

· Managing of Group financial projects and capital allocation;

Assisting with ad-hoc projects and risk management

Qualifications / Experience:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ACCA
• At least 5 year(s) of related working experience
• Experience with financial statement presentation for EXCO
• Regional experience required
• With knowledge of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central).
• Good in Excel skill.
• Fast past environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, able to work independently
• Meticulous, strong team player, has good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Tasks and duties

1. Human Resources Assistance

· Recruit & select staff that meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment.

· Create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it.

· Orientate and train employees and ensure everyone has a complete understanding of the company’s policies by using the operations training manual.

· Manage an efficient team of service staff by taking an active interest in their welfare and development.

· Coach, train and supervise staff to operate stations.

· Develop and motivate team members through capability development.

2. Operational Assistance

· Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.

· Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant method.

· Perform inventory checks and product ordering.

· Maintain high level of customer service as per QSC standards.

· Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is always well represented.

· Plan roster for operations staff.

· Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet.

· Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff

and management.

· Ensure that POS system is always operational and accurate.

· Provide co-ordination and services for both kitchen and service.

· Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming.

· Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.

· Provide suggestions or develop new SOP to improve operation and employee duties for the betterment of the customers.

· Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

3. Financial Assistance

· Achieve Business KPIs set by management.

· Achieve monthly sales target and report daily sales and cost of labour of the outlet to the office though the roster.

· Ensure that the outlet budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled including shop expense, cost of goods & cost of labour.

· Reduce food, beverage and stocks wastage in the outlet.

· Managing of daily sales transactions and cash float.

· Monitor handling of dining vouchers, discount, cash, petty cash and tips in the outlet. Adhere to company’s cash handling policy and guidelines.

· Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet.

· Verify & process daily and monthly roster for accurate payroll execution.

4. Administration Assistance

· Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.

· Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet.

· Prepare the daily sales report.

· Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed.

5. Promotion Assistance

· Motivate, guide and train the staff in upselling the food and beverage items.

· Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required. Resolving this at store level though service recovery.

· Ensure that all staff are properly informed daily via ‘roll call’.
