Job Description

• Develops, documents, and configures systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, and processes.
• Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting hardware and software compliance and security standards.
• Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements and overall system characteristics.
• Establishes and documents system design, parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems functionality, performance and compatibility, and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in configurations, such as existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
• Actively identifies system functionality or performance deficiencies, executes changes to existing systems, and tests system functionality to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
• May document testing and maintenance of system updates, modifications, and configurations.
• May act as a liaison with key technology vendor technologists or other business functions Support existing applications and interfaces by diagnosing and fixing problems using general skills and a knowledge of standard Medtronic configurations.

Job Scope:

• Build six sigma and lean capability of colleagues through training and coaching (including IMEx orientation, IMEx elements, Innovation, process capability, M1 training and certification, 5S etc.)
• Support site opex lead in goal setting, goals cascade and performance reviews
• Continuously deliver measured improvement in performance in all aspects of business for all the IMEX Ecosystem(s)
• Lead Six Sigma and Lean projects that are aligned with the site's short term and long-term goals Provide leadership & guidance to Green Belts (Method 2) and Yellow Belts (Method 1)
• Promote Good Practices and sharing knowledge across the site through community of practice and within the network
• Own the CI element and work with site leadership team to ensure a consistent and impactful application of CI loop site-wide
• Own, maintain and promote CI reporting and tracking portal
• Promote CI culture through reward and recognition
• Develop courses of action and drive implementation of solutions
• Uphold code of conduct and values
• Play an active and impactful role to deliver flawless execution in the Business Excellence, Process
• Centric Team (PCT) by updating performance against metrics, highlighting & resolving issues, with appropriate escalations

Requirement:

• 3 -5 years Experience in Pharma/Chemical/Medical Device Industry
• Min Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent

Morning : 7:00am to 3:30pm

Afternoon: 1:30pm to 10:00pm

Night: 9:00pm to 7:00am

Post Implementation phase

7:00am to 4:30pm

10:30am to 7:30pm

7:30pm to 7:00am

Allowances:

Standby Allowances, Rotating shift allowances during implementation phase and night shift allowances will be given

Job Scope

• Receive instructions and documents via emails and transfer these information to Sharepoint to be accessed by different internal stakeholders. Mainly using excel.
• Coordinate with many different stakeholders on appointment booking
• Ensure documents for candidates are saved in sharepoint accurately and timely within the next working day
• Prepare statistics/ reports for both internal and external customers (weekly and monthly reports)
• Able to handle some stress as short turnaround required by clinics
• Able to work independently
• Handle feedback and manage resolution of issues with external clients and internal stakeholders
• Assist with preparation of proposals, pricing requests, execution and follow up
• Work cohesively with all internal stakeholders (sales, shared services, call centre, ops etc)
