WHAT YOU WILL DO

JOB PURPOSE

The Operation Support Specialist coordinates and supports all manufacturing related activities:

• Documentation review, issuance and preparation. • Completes manufacturing Prepares and issue necessary documents on a timely manner for manufacturing use. • Supports document revision (SOP, Forms etc.) when necessary to improve the system of batch record review in accordance with cGMP requirements. • Maintains the proper filing and safe keeping of all relevant manufacturing documents and have it available when needed including controlled copies • Completes post manufacturing batch documentation reviews, provides straight-through document accuracy metrics and leads associated improvement initiatives • Create the Material Transfer Order Request and ensure the production required materials are ready for manufacturing as per BOM list. • Test script execution for MES changes to MBR • Act as a super user for SAP to ensures SAP inventory accuracy, supports manufacturing related stock adjustments and/or reversals and trouble-shootings. • Ensure the Process Order is technical completed and closed. • Data collection and metric tracking to support Tier process. • Update APR and CPV for nominated Pharm South products. • Initiate and investigate for any operation support related deviations in Quality Management System. • Supports development of a continuous improvement framework within the overall IPT improvement program.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Demonstrate experience working in the manufacturing-based industry, including: • Manufacturing operations support

• Project Management • Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodology and the application of Lean tools (preferred)

You’ll be working with the Investment Suitability Framework team under the Investment Suitability Competence Center. We are responsible for front-to-bank (analysis, process design, and eventual implementation of both pre-trade and ex-post controls) implementation of the IS framework to ensure that the business in SG and HK adheres to both local regulatory Investment Suitability requirements, as well as to the UBS Global Suitability Framework.

• Daily coordination of all site work activities on Piping, Equipment installation.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Experience

• 5 years QAQC experiences in EPC projects.
• Knowledge in Inspection of Pressure Vessel, Piping, FRP tanks, Rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, agitators, etc.
• Knowledge in Non-Destructive Test such as RT, UT, PT, MT and able to interpret test results.
• Able to read, understand and interpret technical requirements, quality procedures, drawings, P&ID.
• Detail-oriented and have strong communication skills and able to work with people from all levels.
• Experiences in wastewater, desalination, water utility, incineration, power plant packages are preferred.
• Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment, ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal ability, coupled with influencing skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills (English and preferably Mandarin)
• Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
