The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage the end-to-end full life cycle of the recruitment and onboarding processes. This role will source, attract and identify diverse talents into the Company and provide positive hiring and onboarding experiences to both the candidates and the hiring managers.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Serves as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner and advisor to the BU HR Leaders and hiring managers on their current and future hiring needs.
· Represents the company at job fairs and other Employer Branding events.
· Establishes recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates.
· Performs screenings and assessment of candidates to recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for review.
· Maintains and updates recruitment records for metrics and dashboard reporting.
· Supports and oversees the on-boarding processes of new hires into the company.
· Participates in various continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Degree in any disciplines with at least 2 years of recruiting experiences. Candidates without work experience are also welcome to apply for the role.
