Reponsibilities:
Documentation:
Responsible for preparing Final QA documents and Submission in Customers portal.
Responsible for preparing the job routers.
Handling TPI and NDE activities:
Generation of issue notes for supplier activities.
Handle and support third party inspectors
Handle and support NDE activities
Responsible for collection and verification of supplier’ NDE process reports
Calibration and Maintenance of instruments:
Maintain master list for all the instruments under Quality department and production.
Regular calibration and maintenance procedures should be established to ensure continued accuracy and performance., periodically monitoring the calibration requirements
Communication:
Effective communication is vital in this role. QA communicate quality-related issues to relevant departments, including production and to Quality Control.
Reporting:
Reports to assistant Manager – Quality and assisting on ad hoc responsibilities
Safety:
Ensuring the safety of the quality control team and compliance with safety protocols is another important aspect of the job.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Material Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience related to the manufacturing environment, preferably from the oil & gas industry.
- Able to interpret drawings and technical documents
- Able to work independently and contribute to the team excellence
- Good technical competence & strong communication skills
- Good organizing and coordination skills
- NDE level 2 inspector is an advantage
