In this context, we are looking for one Quality Control Technician to participate in the setting up of the new QC laboratory for our new site based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

The mission described below, must be exercised in compliance with health, safety and environment of the site rules.

• Support the set up and routine operations of the new QC laboratory EVF-QC based in Singapore.
• Support the project execution phase through deliverables achievement and operations activities.
• Support the QC laboratory start-up activities, participate in the C&Q and validation activities.
• Responsible for waste management, including liaising with waste management vendor.
• Responsible for sample management, including sample receipt, shipment and disposal.
• Responsible for raw material and drug substance reserve sample management.
• Responsible for external laboratory coordination and management.
• Coordinate and perform raw material sampling.
• Coordinate and perform general laboratory support activities, including procurement and inventory management.
• Support QC equipment calibration and preventive maintenance program.
• Participate and contribute to laboratory continuous improvement.
• Maintain Sanofi standards and values for safety and quality objectives as well as contribute to laboratory performance.

Education and experience

Higher NITEC or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Applied Science or related life Sciences or Technology.

Experience in laboratory support in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred.

Quality Supervisor (QAQC)

Location: Penjuru Place (shuttle bus provided)

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of the company's policies, procedures, and standards involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products and customer satisfaction, as well as for conducting quality control activities. The Quality Supervisor strives to ensure the facility adheres to quality licenses, standards and certifications.

A successful candidate will collaborate closely with functional areas such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Mfg. Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Product Lines, R&M and Geozones regularly as well as presenting to internal teams plans and updates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control personnel.
• Maintain site Quality Management System.
• Update QMS records and maintain all necessary documentation and certificates.
• Responsible for following management of change as processes and procedures are updated as per QMS requirements.

• Manage non-conformance process in accordance with Global MFG QMS.

Purpose: The role is responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes. You are required to drive internal departments on quality-related issues to follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions. • Coordinates with Project Director (PD), Project Services Manager (PSM), Commercial and Hull Delivery Manager (HDM) for CIMC Contractual deliverables.
• Coordinates with HDM on CIMC matters.
• Supports PD, & HDM on correspondences with CIMC.
• Supports PD, HDM and Commercial Officer & Costing Officer for Variation Order/claims with CIMC.
• Coordinates with Equipment Package Manager to monitor and track equipment/bulk deliveries.
• Coordinates with Petrobras Team visit to Fab Yard/Site (CIMC).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant project control manager work experience with FPSO projects is required for this position.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.

• Implementation of corporate Software SQMS (Site Quality Management System).
• Control and follow up all the QC Inspections and tests through SQMS.
• Preparation and management of all disciplines’ Test Folders.
• Site Expertise managing teams of work (including that of Subcontractors) in executing the tasks.

To assist Senior Quality System Engineer and reporting manager in the following:

• To implement, maintain, and improve various Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, IS013485) company wide, along with business accreditations.
• To ensure all changes and gaps related to QMS are updated and closed.
• To manage customer and certification body audits and Document control on latest revisions.
• To update Quality Manual, Procedures work instructions, Forms etc.
• To provide support and guidance to all colleagues on quality system matters.
• To ensure all in house QMS documents are controlled, relevant and current.
• To ensure all corporate requirements are updated to respective functional area.
• To conduct internal audits and ensure the plant internal audit activities are carried out with proper closure of CA.

Requirement:

• Degree/ Diploma from any approved tertiary institutions
• Preferably to have 2-year experience in QA-related function and knowledge in ISO 9001/IATF16949/ IS013485/IS014001 auditor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
