The Guest Care & Service Quality Manager oversees the smooth operations, management, and overall performance of the Front Office Department. This role is pivotal in enhancing the overall guest stay experience by meeting guest needs and exceeding expectations.

• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold uniform and personal hygiene guidelines, serving as a role model to train and foster team culture aligned with company values.

Job Scope

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates infection control practices of nursing staff, doctors and all healthcare workers in organisation
• Conducts teaching for nursing, paramedical and medical staffs and students in infection control practices and guidelines
• Coordinates and collaborates with other healthcare team members and service providers on infection control practices and guidelines
• Conducts and evaluates audits on infection control practices
• Reviews and develops infection control policies and procedures in consultation with nurse managers, doctors and Infection Control Committee
• Compiles information on epidemiological organism and nosocomial infection data and initiates actions where necessary

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with at least 9 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which 2 years must be as Assistant Nurse Clinician
• Diploma in Nursing with relevant post-basic advanced certification and Degree in Nursing from recognized training institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board, and certification / prior working experience for a year in infection control.
• Technically skilled, competent and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy skills –MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
