• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
• Work closely among inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions
• Interface with and handle customers/vendors on quality issues.
• Handle the customer quality/customer satisfaction issues for global and major customers, which include monitoring field complaints, coordinating investigation and following up within the business to ensure appropriate closure in a timely fashion.
• Assume the focal role for investigating high failure rate customer issues, coordinating the use of different resources to investigate the customer issues.
• Lead the internal team members in achieving the ISO9001:2015 accredited certification as well as customer-specific qualifications.
• Work closely with internal team members and external suppliers to address product-related quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
• Min. 5 year's relevant working experience in the Manufacturing/EMS/Semiconductor industry or experience in quality environment.
• Working knowledge in 5S, PFMECA, SPC & ISO 9000 series Quality system.
• Knowledge of International quality standards ISO.
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings with knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments.

Job Objectives

The Team is supporting bank’s Project, Development and Service Delivery teams to ensure process compliance to System Development Methodology (SDM) process.

The team acts as a quality gate for SDM major milestones to ensure entry & exit criteria are met and is responsible to review the quality of the artefacts such as functional & design specification, testing documents and others project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be working with Project and Technical Delivery managers to ensure high quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish controls and compliance checks on SDM processes

• Design, formulate and enforce governance & compliance process improvement.

• Conduct quality gate review for SDM major milestones (analysis, design, build, test and deployment)

• Perform walkthroughs and interviews with project and application delivery managers to drive process adherence

• Report findings and provide consulting support in ensuring compliances with procedures

• Aside from day-to-day duties, there will be requirements to undertake other responsibilities such as management reporting & other centrally driven project initiatives as needed

Key Requirements

• Degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT process compliance audit, Project Management and Business Process Design

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans, ensuring their accuracy and relevance.
• Enhance and manage the automated test framework and test environments to optimize efficiency, including tool sizing, configuration, setup, and implementation.
• Execute testing procedures on new features, identifying and documenting defects promptly.
• Conduct various testing types, including exploratory tests, supporting UATs, functional, manual, and performance tests.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality testing, with a strong focus on automation, specifically Selenium.
• Proficiency in Selenium is a primary requirement, including tool sizing, configuration, setup, and implementation.
• Experience in automated testing frameworks such as Junit, HP UFT, and HP QC.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools, including JMeter and HP LoadRunner.
• Demonstrated expertise in working within Agile environments, adapting testing strategies to suit iterative development cycles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
