The work scope for the above job title is as but not limited to the following:

3 Safety

3.1 The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

3.2 If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

3.3 The Driver must inform the Director or PIC immediately that he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

3.4 The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

Policy and Standards Development

· Develop and maintain compliance standards for the QA organization across Singapore, China, and Malaysia. (4 sites)

· Set standards and expectations for MCP and external manufacturing sites.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Partner with internal stakeholders & external stakeholders, ensuring continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.

· Chair meetings with QC Heads of Departments (HODs) and hold regular meetings with Factory / Operations / General Managers

· Work closely with the Business Unit Owner related to Quality Assurance of different manufacturing sites.

· Improve staff skills through training programs.

Manufacturing Responsibilities (Singapore Primary, Malaysia Secondary)

Quality Control Operations

· Manage and lead QC operations for Singapore plant, and ad hoc Malaysia (Iskandar)

· Ensure high consistent quality standards and enforce stringent control processes.

· Introduce up-to-date monitoring of factory operations to ensure quality compliance.

Issue Resolution

· Lead investigations for defective quality issues raised by customers, especially key customers.

· Establish root causes and implement effective corrective actions to prevent mistakes.

· Lead the Quality Team, ensuring overall manufacturing quality function and compliance.

Technology and Equipment Upgrades

· Plan upgrades for advanced QC test equipment and reliable software technology.

Experience and Competency

· Experience in the Manufacturing industry, preferred in the metal packaging industry.

· Having experience in Manufacturing Quality Management, GMP knowledge, Analytical Skills, Manufacturing & Control Analysis, Root Cause Analysis

· Strong in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Problem Solving, Team Player.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are also essential because document control specialists regularly communicate with internal and external business partners.

· Ability to interact effectively at all personnel levels and with all functional departments to achieve the objective of the quality management system.

· Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education. Over 10 years of experience in Quality, Process Improvement, Manufacturing, or equivalent.

Job Description & Requirements

Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of the plant equipment and piping systems.

· Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.

· Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including corrosion under Insulation (CUI) and corrosion under pipe support (CUP) on process piping and equipment according to annual maintenance plan

· Identifying the areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g. Dead legs, injection points, mix points, corrosion under insulation and Low silicon Inspection).

· Supervision and coordination of all on-stream and shutdown inspection and NDT activities for static equipment and in-service process piping.

· Review of inspection test plan, WPS and method statement for any in-service repair work of piping and pressure vessels.

· Witnessing of PT, MPI, PMI, metallographic tube testing and Hydro static test for statutory equipment.

· Provide recommendations and timely updates on equipment degradation problems.

· Provide quality assurance on project construction and maintenance works to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications.

· Preparation of final inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities and recommendations.

· Ensure quality of inspected items to meet project requirements and standards.

· Inservice inspections in refineries / Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industries, such as corrosion under pipe support (CUPS), corrosion under insulation (CUI), Injection & Mix points inspections.

· Read, understand project related ITP, procedures, specification requirements.

· Review documents and drawings as per specification • Knowledge / experience about Piping Isometrics, P & ID, general arrangement drawings, Structural drawings, Weld Maps, welding symbols, Cutting Plans, Quality control procedures, Base Materials, and welding consumables.

· Inspection, review of mill certificates, Material verification, Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, valves, nipples, plate tubes as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications. Inspection / Witness & Review Stage wise activities earlier stage of spool fabrication

· Knowledge in welding inspection

Eligibility Criteria

· Graduate Engineers with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

· Relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Civil, Chemical or Industrial Engineering are acceptable.

· Experience in Refinery and Oil & Gas must

· Experience in QA/QC and Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing methods.

INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for responding to inventory requests, ordering materials for multiple offices, performing depot-to-depot transfers, applying freight costs for billing, and providing pricing for service quotes. As well as maintaining established stock levels, requesting RMAs from vendors for returns, handling warranty claims and/or exchanges, and assisting with cycle counts. The Inventory Control Clerk will stage spare parts for service jobs, check parts out to technicians, and confirm that all parts are either returned or posted to a work order.

Responsibilities:

• Always follows Mackay’s policies and procedures.
• Audits shipments and receipts daily. Updates internal logs, and files related paperwork.
• Maintains an adequate supply of shipping materials.
• Processes orders of materials for the service department as well as for sales.
• Respond to RFQ’s from the service department, and via email, fax, telephone, and website as requested.
• Keeps an accurate control of materials used, track freight costs, and applies to customer invoices.
• Requests RMAs from vendors for returns, warranty claims, and/or exchange parts.

Job Description:

Support the Engineering Manager and SETC Engineer in checking and approving drawings/designs of Surface Product to meet customer’s requirement, Cameron Engineering and API Standards.

Support the manufacturing and refurbishment of the Flow control, Choke products, via the disposition of NCRs and RGRs. The Engineer will also be appointed as the Lead Engineer for project work, assisting the SETC Engineer.
