• Actively work to obtain Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from subcontractors or installers, ensuring competitive quotes are submitted through distributors or direct sales channels.
• Drive new sales of building materials, promoting products that align with project specifications and client requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors, raising awareness of the company’s offerings and unique solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input on new product development, creating demand for these products within the construction industry.
• Provide cross-functional support to various areas of the business as needed, including technical assistance and post-sales service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in consultative sales, specifically within the building materials or construction industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a B2B external sales role, preferably working with direct and indirect sales channels.
• Deep understanding of project-based sales and the ability to engage with developers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative, discipline, and teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of using CRM tools for account and project management.

Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties:

• Supervise and enhance the reliability of electrical equipment in the Gas Engine Generator (GEG) area.
• Implement and maintain reliability programs and maintenance procedures for electrical systems.
• Manage minor CAPEX electrical projects in line with company standards.
• Investigate electrical failures to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, on electrical matters.
• Support major expansion projects from an electrical and operational perspective.
• Work with Licensed Electrical Workers to ensure system integrity.
• Participate in emergency response, with assigned roles and responsibilities.

Requirements
