DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchasing Function

• Purchase operating supplies and source for services as required by operations.
• Review and control items or services sourced by the respective departments for technical supplies in terms of pricing, credit terms offered and reliability of suppliers. This will include the review of the tender process, where relevant.
• Maintain a list of suppliers and current quotes of items frequently purchased.
• Issue purchase orders upon receipt of duly authorised purchase requisition forms (PRF) and ensure prompt delivery.
• Ensure that all PRFs raised are properly authorised in accordance with policies set with regard to Authorising Limits.

Inventory Control

• Assist in the annual stock count process.
• Record and issue general printing & stationery items, which will be stored and controlled centrally.
• Record and issue tokettes to the Housekeeping and Guest Services staff for the guest laundrette. Retrieve tokettes from the washers and dryers on a weekly basis.

Accounts Payable Function

• Code and key regular supplier invoices into accounting system.
• Match invoices to Purchase Order and/or Purchase Requisition Form.
• Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in billings and follow up on credit notes.
• Process payments to regular suppliers.

Other Duties

• In addition to the above, the staff can be assigned additional duties/assignments by the Department Head.

• To cultivate good Work, Safety & Health environment at workshop.
• To upgrade the skill set of the technicians through the Workshop Foreman/Executive, Technical Dept. & Factory support/resources.
• To ensure quality repairs for all service and repair works meet the service standards of the Factory.
• To feedback and follow up on technical issues with Technical, Reception, Workshop & Factory to resolve them expeditiously.
• To support the Workshop Executive to counsel workshop staff on poor technical performance to maintain workshop technical competencies.

Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The team’s aim is to contribute significant, sustainable levels of philanthropic funding from 1) high-networth individuals (HNWI) 2) trusts and foundations, 3) companies to support the local (Singapore-based) and regional (mainly South-East Asia) conservation, sustainability and education programmes in order to advance WWF-Singapore’s mission.

Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support Sales team(s), which could be selling multiple events/products across regions. They will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, reporting, data management & floorplan management. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Administration & Team Support
  • Sales enabling administration including issuing sales contract and invoice, payment collection and floorplan management
