Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate office activities, including handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
· Provide administrative support to various departments, assisting with document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
· Maintain office supplies, track inventory levels, and reorder as necessary.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
· Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
· Handle basic HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment processes.
· Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with basic HR processes is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
