ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Duties and Responsibilities
· Co-ordinate and oversee the daily operations within the organization.
· Prepare reports - generating invoices, purchase orders and etc.
· Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, receiving goods and monitor inventory.
· Handling phone calls and email correspondence by providing first level customer and supplier service support.
· Updating the e-commerce platform.
Requirements
· Min. “O” Level / “A” Level / Diploma.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
· Fresh grads are welcome. Training will be provided.
· With administrative, customer service and accounting experience is preferred.
· Familiar with ABSS / MYOB accounting software will be an advantage.
· Meticulous (good with details) with excellent communication skills.
· Positive work attitude, willingness to learn and is able to multi-task effectively.
· Able to work and cope well in a highly pressured and fast paced friendly working environment.
· Available to start work immediately.

· 5 days’ work week, Mon – Fri from 8.30am – 5.30pm
