Job Description

• Assist the Senior HR executive to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters
• Manage and handle employee’s records in HR system
• Prepare monthly payroll transactions (approximately 800-1000 headcounts)
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
• Manage E-leave & E-attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
• Prepare OT monitoring weekly report & monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

Job Requirement

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
• At least 1 years of payroll related experience
• Familiar with MOM regulations, Employment Act and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice

What you'll do

We are looking for amazing people to join our rapidly growing Asia Pacific sales team. Based in Singapore you will drive sales in APAC. You will be expected to travel to your territories as required. The ideal candidate will have an existing network of contacts within APAC: enterprise companies within your territory as well as relevant channel partners such as Systems Integrators, Value Added Resellers, MSP's.

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive engagement with junior through senior levels within Cloudflare’s target customers.
