GoListid, is the next generation B2B marketplace for preowned steel for the construction industry. Through promoting the reusability of steel, we are carving the path forward for sustainable and environmentally-focused practices in the construction industry.

For this role, you will be reporting directly to the Vice-President of GoListid. As part of the marketing and business development team, you'll play a vital role in advancing this movement. From inspiring and meaningful connections with customers, partners and stakeholders, to delivering brand awareness and messaging, you will be making a positive impact to the steel industry and beyond.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the GoListid platform through acquiring new users and driving customer interest in transacting on the platform
• Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers assigned.
• Create demand for GoListid products highlighting its ability to meet client's needs.
• Develop, implement and administer sales and distribution programmes.
• Manage key customer accounts as in the industry.
• Conduct products and training presentations.
• Take on projects or future developments of the product with external auditors and other statutory agents.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any disciplines, or higher
• Min. 2 years relevant working experience
• Possess good inter-personal, strong communication and marketing skills
• Adaptable and Independent
• Responsible and mature with high level of literacy competence
• A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience
• Able to work independently and prioritise work with minimum supervision

Core Responsibilities

· Work with client service teams to build client relationships, understand clients’ needs, identify opportunities and value propositions

· Establish business contacts and information gathering channels including client database for the collation and broadcast of market/client intelligence to the various client service teams

· Participate in the production of strategic communications and marketing materials

· Strategize, plan and manage all internal and external marketing and communication activities

Job Specifications

· Minimum Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing and/or Business

· At least two (02) years of relevant working experience

· Possess sharp business acumen and good interpersonal and facilitation skills

· Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details

· Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels in a professional and responsive manner

· Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage projects

· Proficient in MS office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Word)

· Good knowledge in Adobe, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator would be an advantage

· Enthusiastic team player

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing customer feedback and maintain relationship with the customers
• Responsible in resolving customers’ complaints and operational issues to achieve customers’ satisfaction
• Responsible for handling customers’ inquiry/ tender for the company products and services
• Responsible for processing quotation and sales order on day to day basis
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on submitted quotation and tender status

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline
• Min 1 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Precision/ CNC Industry
