Key Responsibilities
Social Media and Community Management
• Develop and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking,
and audience analysis.
• Create, publish, and share engaging content that fosters community interaction.
• Optimise company profiles on all platforms to enhance social visibility.
• Moderate user content per platform guidelines.
• Create social media calendars, track relevant metrics, and continuously refine insights-based
strategies.
Marketing and Communications
• Assist in executing campaign calendars, budgeting, and managing project timelines, which
may include maintaining partnerships with different banks to enhance collaboration and
drive joint marketing initiatives.
• Lead marketing plan development and implementation for designated concepts, aligning
with group strategies.
• Oversee the creation of compliant marketing content that meets brand standards.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform project strategies.
• Monitor campaign expenses and performance reports, providing data-driven
recommendations.
• Develop communication materials and creative briefs that are platform-specific content for
different channels.
PR and KOL Engagement
• Support the Marketing Manager with press releases, pitches, and PR strategies to align with
company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and KOLs.
• Coordinate and host media tastings and assist with interviews to boost the group’s profile.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in PR, social media, or communications, preferably in an agency or corporate
environment. F&B or Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a flair for creative writing and storytelling.
• Proven media relations skills, with the ability to foster relationships with journalists and
influencers.
• Experience managing multi-brand partnerships or concept marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of major online marketing channels; social media expertise required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Meta, Google, Mailchimp, and reservation tools (e.g., Chope,
SevenRooms); design tool familiarity (Capcut, Canva, Adobe) is beneficial.
• Experience in managing partnerships with banks, including executing campaigns and
promotions with concepts, is a plus.
• Positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong organisational and multitasking
abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a lean team.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Passion for food and familiarity with the F&B industry are advantages.
