. Main Responsibilities

• Support the efficient and effective day-to-day operation at ECO@Metta
• Assist in coaching and mentoring alumni as appropriate to improve performance
• To work closely with the team to engage in new product development and establish contacts with vendors and suppliers for product development
• To manage retail activities, including managing corporate projects, public sales and retailers for consignments
• To drive digital initiatives i.e. social media marketing and managing e-commerce platforms
• To help facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events and activities
• To create awareness and identify business prospects and opportunities via roadshows and CSR activities
• To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
• To handle and manage project related administrative tasks
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
