The Role

You will provide sound insurance and reliable financial advice to bank customers by analyzing their financial needs and exceeding their service expectations. FSCs are also to maintain a strong rapport with the bank partners and grow and strengthen relationship with bank customers.

Job Description:

Provide sound & reliable financial advice to bank customers:

• Stationed in bank branch to provide financial solutions to customers
• Establish customers' financial goals
• Determine their current financial situations to identify any shortfalls
• Develop wealth management strategies to plan for their future
• Customize solutions for individual needs and regularly review financial plans
• Be a financial solutions provider who provides affordable solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals
• Act as financial coach to provide guidance on saving

Maintain strong rapport with bank partner:

• Work closely with branch staff to provide innovative product solutions to address customers’ health protection and long-term savings and investment needs
• Develop & grow the business portfolio with bank partner to achieve premium growth & underwriting profit objectives

Grow & strengthen relationship with customers:

• Foster and enhance relationships with partners’ customers, with special focus on Prudential range of insurance products to complement the customers' existing financial and investment portfolio
• Provide quality, efficient after sales services

• Project management and handling of key accounts
• Scope includes liaising with clients, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Includes event planning, and handling of marketing collaterals (posters, banners, TV commercials etc.)

Requirements

• Good command of the English language
• Strong interpersonal skills – candidates should be able to work independently and with a team
• Time management skills – candidates must possess good time management skills and ensure all deliverables are met within a stipulated project deadline
• Experience with events management/advertising is a bonus

As part of the Client Servicing team, you play a central and pivotal role in the business, and operations of your accounts. As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and communicating clearly to all who are involved. You will also be involved in new business pitches, where required. You will work closely with the Group Account Director and Senior Account Manager, supporting them to plan, oversee and execute multi-channel campaigns for various clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise between key stakeholders, both internally and externally, for all requests and day-to-day handling of clients and campaigns.

• Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as required.

• Support team leads to help Clients identify their advertising requirements, develop detailed and accurate briefs and timelines to creative/content and media teams, and/or partners/vendors.

• Work with agency teams – creative/content, production, marketing – to ensure quality of required deliverables before delivery to clients.

• Support in preparation of client presentations, proposals and reports.

• Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes/contact reports.

• Undertake administration tasks such as arrangement of meetings, handling and management of campaign costs, invoices to clients and partners/vendors etc.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Support the New Business Director in pitches and new accounts where required.

The Accountant/Senior Accounts Executive is involved in most, if not all, aspects of accounting and oversees the day-to-day activities of the accounting team. He/She ensures that the organization’s finance function is well-organized as well as produces timely and accurate financial statements and management accounts, thus achieving compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

He/She also analyses data and understands the financial performance and position of the organization to develop suitable accounting policies to meet reporting requirements and to produce any special reports required by the management team. The Accountant/Senior Accounts Executive often leads a team of finance and accounting specialists and works closely with the internal and external auditors, bankers, and regulators. He/She must keep current with changing statutory requirements and tax laws and determine the implications of such changes to financial reporting. He/She may also work with the leadership team to help define the organization’s overall finance strategy.

Job Description

• Run day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and/or receivable.
• Able to handle full set of Accounts.
• Prepare monthly journals, management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with vendors and/or customers to address financial requests and queries.
• Prepare GST schedule as required.
• Prepare audit schedules (including intercompany balances, fixed assets, prepayments, contract assets and contract liabilities) and GST report/submission.
• Handle accounting functions related to posting of entries into the system/assign account code.
• Liaise with auditor and tax officer for all the quires.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
• Ability to converse in mandarin.
• At least 2 years of work experience
• Familiarity in project accounting
