Job Description:

Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
Oversee inventory procedures
Oversee SLOC management
Top Up Spine Sets
Maintain trackers & Follow SOP
Perform write off for SLOC management on monthly basis
Follow up and monitor pending GRN
Responsible for open GRN to avoid write off during quarter/financial year end
SPOC for issues related to warehousing and transportation
Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery)
Track KPIs for Warehouse & transportation
Support Billing
Support Ad Hoc work during Weekend

Requirements
- Min Diploma
- Prior experience in supply chain is advantaegous
- Can start work immediately

Accounting and Finance

Liaising with clients, colleagues and shared services centre

Providing guidance and imparting accounting knowledge to colleagues

Reviewing of multiple sets of accounts

Analysis of the financial performance of clients

Liaising with clients and presentation of accounts to clients

Providing finance, tax and human resource services to clients

Ensure compliance with FRS, Companies Act and local statutory requirements

Prepare budgets and other financial reports

Prepare consolidated financial statements

Business and General Management

Preparation of business letters and e-mails

1. Develop operations plans for the department
2. Review manpower allocation for work assignments
3. Implement operating procedures & service standards for housekeeping operations
4. Manage service recovery for escalated guests' concerns & feedback
5. Analyse service quality of housekeeping operations for continuous improvement
6. Review systems & processes for workflow & productivity improvement
7. Operationalise compliance management on hygiene & workplace safety & health requirements
8. Manage loss & risk prevention policies & procedures to minimise loss & risk in business operations
9. Review housekeeping reports to monitor & report departmental performance
10. Support budget forecasting processes for the department

Job Duties:

• Perform general personal & secretarial duties
• Attend to queries via calls and handling courier services and mails
• Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency in company activities
• Main point of contact for various vendors such as service providers and office building management
• Be updated of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
• Other ad-hoc duties apply

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Adaptable and flexible attitude
• Meticulous, pro-active and responsive
• Resourceful with strong organisational and co-ordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist with aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP, and reconciliation, Includes posting, verification, payment, filling
• Ensure timely AR/AP financial recording for month end - provide status inputs eg., actions taken, timelines etc.
• Handle any other general office administration

Requirements:

• Candidate with Diploma and O level with Credit in English and Maths
• Aptitude for numbers
• Good computer and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel preferred
