• Media Monitoring & Reports: Conduct regular media monitoring on coverage, track, analyze, and compile brand reports, and work closely with clients and internal teams to provide regular updates to ensure KPIs are met
• Event Management: Assist and work closely with events team to conceptualise events that best suits client’s brief, development of event flow and on-site manpower requirement.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders including media, social media influencers, clients (existing and potential), and industry partners.

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Communications and/or PR. Previous agency experience with proven track record in client satisfaction is a plus
• A good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
• Excellent written and communication skills with an eye for detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to anticipate client requirements and provide strategic support and advice accordingly
• Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills
