Job scope:

• Improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth
• Meet and exceed objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration
• Identify target customers, initiate own sales calls, pursue them and ultimately convert them into clients
• Working with Finance and Indoor Sales team on payment issues and follow up on payment with clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business
• General profit in line with set KPIs
• Prepare sales planning, and forecasting activities
• Sourcing of rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents
• Interact and maintain relationship with subcontractors like carriers, coleaders and trucking companies etc
• Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Indoor Sales, Business Development team and other functional teams
• Meet and exceed objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of hunter sales / business development experience in freight forwarding industry

Responsibilities

• Implementation of corporate Software SQMS (Site Quality Management System).
• Control and follow up all the QC Inspections and tests through SQMS.
• Preparation and management of all disciplines’ Test Folders.
• Site Expertise managing teams of work (including that of Subcontractors) in executing the tasks.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in technical and quality control
• Knowledge about Project Control and Project Completions Software will be valuable: ICAPS, CoConsole, Win PCS, GoCompletion, etc
• High level of Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office programmes

Duration

• 60 hours per week
• 1 year contract, renewable

Job Description:

- Raise Purchase Requisitions for direct materials for production

- Monitor Purchse Order and the timely deliveries of raw materials and components to meet production plan

- Monitor production output for production.

- Create lot allocation for production

- Create and maintain production orders for production tracking to meet delivery

- Maintain traceability record

- Track material usage and allocation

- Perform Cycle count, create packing list and filing

- Printing of Route Card and Job card

- General Ad-Hoc task assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in related fields

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words / Excel)

- Knowledge in SAP is preferred

- Possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
