Accounts cum Admin Responsibilities:

• Processing of day to day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping records, billing and tracking business expenses.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Assist Accountant in preparation of financial information.
• Follow up on collection of overdue accounts.
• In charge of admin functions and stock take.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Description

• Manage and execute strategic external communications plans and earned media campaigns
• Partner with US and EMEA communications colleagues and the marketing teams of businesses to shape and implement communications strategy in the region
• Identify and leverage macro trends to inform and position appropriate business narratives, and create multi-layered communications plans to amplify these narratives
• Use business and product fluency to uncover differentiated media angles of interest for pitches
• Establish and nurture relationships with media targets, both traditional and non-traditional
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses
• Manage and direct relationships with local agency resources
• Develop key messages for media spokespeople and facilitate media interviews

The Successful Applicant

• About 5 years of communications experience in the asset management industry. Consultancy background beneficial, in-house experience essential
• Comprehensive understanding of the asset management industry, the culture and corresponding client profiles; multiple asset class knowledge an advantage: public and private fixed income, public equities and private markets especially real estate
• Impeccable writing and editing skills
• News judgement and media relations experience, strong relationship with top tier press in Singapore and across the region
• Strong project management skills and ability to devise and execute campaigns
• Knowledge of content and channel strategy across traditional, social and emerging platforms

Job Description

• Social Media/Digital Marketing: create & monitor content for several platforms at once.
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels. (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)

• Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Basic design and image editing skills.
• Very meticulous, organised and digitally savvy.

• Build relationship with the retailers and increase product offerings and shelf presence
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Provide product training to staff in the stores
• Meet/exceed sales targets.
• Participate in roadshows and promotional events to create company/product awareness and generate sales.
