Work Days:

· Monday-Friday: shifts between 10am-10pm

· Saturday-Sunday: 8am-6pm

· Able to work shift hours and on weekends (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)

Job Responsibilities:

· Service oriented

· Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes

· Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs

· Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers

· Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner

· Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders

· Handle all walk-ins, phone, text messages and online enquiries in a warm, earnest and professional manner

· Meticulous and detail oriented to ensure administrative duties like registration and enrolment data are accurately captured

· Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints

· Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required

· Uphold a strong communication platform between teachers and parents

· Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma holder

· Strong proficiency in spoken and written English

· Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office

· Good team player with ability to work with minimal supervision

· Prior experience in education industry would be advantageous

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable function in accordance with the organization's accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform bank reconciliations, receipting of incoming funds, handling of refunds to customers as well as prepare schedules for month-end and year end closing and provide financial data for management reporting.
• Involved in systems’ enhancement and any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Areas of study in Accounting/ Business/ Finance
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Preferably knowledge of Workday system
• Meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
