The Assistant Client Responsible Manager (ACRM) position is dedicated to the project and provides support to the CRM Team in aircraft account management, accommodating all types of client requests (non-trip related). This ACRM position requires working alongside with the Client Aviation Manager (CAM) and the Client Support Executive (CSE) to resolve any issues related to Crew, Operation, Maintenance, Insurance and Client Complaints.

Job Description

• Assist and coordinate with aircraft management client accounts during the contract.

Job Objectives

To ensure complete accuracy of all incoming products upon receipt and outgoing to customer for both Red & Blue Channel in accordance with Satair’s Company Management System. 1. OPERATION PERFORMANCE

Provide strategic support and assistance to the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager on the following key administrative functions:

❖ Responsible for acquiring quotation for approval by Direct Report on items needing repair or maintenance.

Job Scope:

· Develop and execute sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objectives.

For Airline customers in Asia region (several dozen of millions USD of revenues), you will be accountable for the final profitability of the business plan, responsible for the Customer satisfaction and for the cash collection. Main roles & responsibilities:

- Manage the Customer Team dedicated to the Customers, and ensure good level of interface with GE (CFM Partner)
- Manage the Services Agreement in force (RPFH, Time & Material, Flight Line LRU) : ensure relevant KPI, monitoring and meetings are in place at the right level of the organizations
