We are seeking a talented and creative bilingual content creator to join our dynamic team at JR Life Sciences, a leading local health supplement company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, a keen understanding of our target audience, and the ability to create compelling content in both English and Chinese. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across social media channels. Your role will be to engage our audiences, increase our brand visibility, and drive traffic and conversions through strategic social media efforts.

Details of the key responsibilities as follow:

1. Create engaging content for social media and digital advertising campaigns.
2. Assist in social media management of TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu including content uploads, monitoring DMs, and responding effectively.
3. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone.
4. Grow the social media community.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies.
6. Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Content Creation

1. Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, social media posts, and advertisements for various e-marketplaces and social media platforms including, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Xiao Hong Shu etc.
2. Create a variety of content types which are visually appealing and informative including videos, graphics, and text posts that align with our brand’s objectives.
3. Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.

Creator Management

1. Source creators that are the right fit for the brand, forming a group of regular LIVE sellers at long term.
2. Conceptualise LIVE selling flow and/or script as a guide for creators when executing LIVE selling during BAU, Mega Campaigns and New Product Launch.
3. Provide support to Creator during LIVE Selling (i.e. guide during LIVE, assist in customer enquiries alongside with nutritionist, etc.)
4. Evaluate effectiveness of creator using metrics such as engagement, revenue, etc.
5. Manage LIVE selling calendar to match BAU, Mega Campaigns and New Product Launch schedules.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Xiao Hong Shu etc).
2. Translate and localize content to ensure it is culturally appropriate and resonates with the target audience in both language markets
3. Possess hands-on experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the health & wellness industry
4. Experience in graphic design, image & video editing skills and copywriting
5. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
6. Creative, resourceful, and possesses a positive working attitude.
7. Education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field is a bonus

About the role
