Responsibilities:

• Internally coordinate the legal onboarding of LNG desk counterparties including liaison amongst internal stakeholders and the internal review and implementation
• Manage the drafting, review and negotiation of transaction-specific confirmation notices against deadline, including tracking commercial terms, relevant counterparty agreement, and escalations as applicable (on the basis of legal templates)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years operations/commercial/contracts/legal experience in the oil and gas industry (LNG)
• Knowledge of global LNG markets and commercial contracts strongly preferred
• Strong coordination, negotiation and interpersonal skills (ability to work with a variety of internal departments)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
