About the Third Party Risk Management Specialist - APAC

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. The role involves coordinating TPRM efforts globally, supporting regional stakeholders teams, coordinating audit finding and other gaps, and facilitating reporting activities in the APAC region. 

The specialist will collaborate with local internal teams and other stakeholders to manage and report on outsourcing risks, ensuring effective third-party risk management across the company.

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC duties and responsibilities:

1. Outsourcing risk communication and remediation support
   
   Facilitate the presentation of regional outsourcing risk profiles locally. Provide support for outsourcing-related remediation activities, ensuring that control measures are fit for purpose and meet country-specific requirements and align with global program. 
    
2. Support with risk appetites and KRIs
   
   The specialist assists in establishing and defining the risk appetite for entities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and risk management strategies. Role to perform KRIs mapping to identify and monitor key risk indicators.
    
3. Global-Regional coordination and oversight

4. Regional Compliance and Regulatory expertise

We are looking for Payment Operations Senior Specialists to join our APAC Payment Operations Regional team in Singapore. 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the APAC Payment Operations Team

• Maintaining consistent and high level execution of recurring tasks & responsibilities within the designated domain;

• Investigating, solving and escalating any issues connected to respective domain in a timely manner;

• Acting as the first level escalation point on the cases and crisis level within own domain, and handling incidents in your area of expertise;

• Manage and track the entire renewal process, coordinating and communicating customer renewal intentions with Sales, Finance and other members of the organization
• Working closely with partners and customers internally and externally, understanding contracts and the different terms and conditions aligned with each customer
• Generating and sending quotes 120 days in advance that meet the customers contractual requirements
• Engage customers in a value discussion surrounding their renewal building relationships with key stakeholders to help aid on-time renewals
• Working closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on customer strategies and sales plans
• Provide information to internal and external customers regarding quotes, reinstatement's, co-termination and consolidation of contracts
• Work in a team environment to ensure the completion of assigned tasks within specified deadlines for an assigned region
• Provide information for internal management reporting
• Meet all contractual and reporting deadlines
• Perform additional duties as required

Your Career

As a Global Sales Support Specialist, you will provide support to our Field Sales Teams with quoting of complex deals, educating on one-off quotes to order inquiries, and advising on product configuration rules. You will also support short-term marketing sales promotions while collaborating with internal business partners to ensure that deals are moving forward.  

Leveraging your passion for knowledge sharing, you will facilitate training with the Field Sales Team on Quote to Order processes and procedures guidelines, educate new hires one Salesforce and advanced quoting sessions. You will also be able to identify system gaps or improvement opportunities and escalate to proper resources for resolution.

Each team member works out of a shared mailbox and is responsible for managing Global Sales Support activities with accuracy and speed.  Requests for assistance from an Account Manager are prioritised for completion based on revenue acquisition, customer relationship building and other forms of determining timing requirements. 

The Global Sales Support Specialist resides within the Sales operations organization and fulfils a variety of key support functions to help ensure revenue attainment.  This role will report to the Global Sales Support Manager.
