Isomer - Isomer provides government agencies with an easy-to-deploy static website building and hosting service to create usable, secure and faster informational websites quickly.

RedeemSG - RedeemSG helps the Singapore Government to create, send and track redemptions of digital vouchers easily.

PaySG - PaySG was developed to enable digital payments for government services, and was initially used for payments for COVID-19 swab tests and Stay-Home Notices for incoming travellers to Singapore.

What does a Product Operations Specialist do?

As a Product Operations Specialist in the healthcare team, you scale the success of the product by upholding user satisfaction, providing feedback insights, and strengthening operational practices.

Implementation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

· Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

· Track project progress and update project documentation accordingly.

2. Stakeholder Communication:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.

· Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve project-related challenges.

3. Resource Management:

· Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials.

· Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve project goals.

4. Quality Assurance:

· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.

· Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of project deliverables.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

· Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.

· Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

· Proficiency with network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).

· Familiarity with network security practices and tools.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary:We are looking for a Quality Technician to conduct visual and dimensional inspections in a cleanroom environment using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other tools to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform visual inspections to identify defects.
2. Conduct dimensional inspections using CMM and precision measurement tools.
3. Document inspection results and report non-conformities.
4. Assist in developing quality assurance processes.
5. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment.
6. Collaborate with engineering and production teams on quality issues.
7. Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in quality inspection in a cleanroom setting.
• Proficient in CMM and precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• At least 2-3 years of similar experience in manufacturing or semi conductor environment.
